When I click on the tracking number in my order history, the 17track.net page comes up and an info box pops up saying: Abnormal request(7), please contact the system administrator. What's up with that?

The 17track.net site is not part of EasyEDA so you would have to contact their system administrator through the Support page: http://www.17track.net/en/helpcenter/support or: http://www.17track.net/en/helpcenter/contactus Please also bear in mind that 17track.net is not a carrier. The site only presents information available from the carriers so if you know your carrier then you can contact them directly. However, we will try to find out what is happening to your delivery. :)

@example: Since on my order history page the tracking number is a link to 17track.net I just assumed that is how EasyEDA intended its customers to track their shipments. That is the only information provided by EasyEDA, so I am at a loss as to where else I should look. Has my order been shipped? What carrier was it shipped with? How long since the tracking number was posted should I expect to see information on the carrier's web site? Thanks for the quick response, EasyEDA has been very easy to use and I am looking forward to seeing the boards.

Hi, There are lots of packages because of Christmas, Many users will get their package a bit litter later. But you are lucky. We upgrade some users' shipping method to a better way. Express to your country, then normal airmail to your city. Before reach to your country, there is no way to track. It is a group shipping method, no one know where it is. We will send an email to you soon, you can check them a few days later. We can confirm that you can get them faster than normal airmail. Thanks for you to trust EasyEDA.

@dillon Thanks again for the quick reply, I realize that this time of year there are likely to be delays, but that's just when I finished the design. I am eager to see the boards, but it is OK for the shipping to be delayed due to the holidays.

@dillon The boards arrived today, and I think they came out very well. The quality is excellent, the price was excellent, production was fast and delivery was OK considering the holiday season. I've used many types of EDA software, and EasyEDA ranks right up there with the best. I especially like the integration with manufacturing. ...Thanks...
