It is unclear whether "layer 1" or "layer 2" is the closer one to the "bottom" layer. This can be very important when considering inductive and capacitive coupling between tracks/planes.
It is not possible to visually determine the order of the inner layers by crisscrossing tracks in the software as the layering order seems to change depending on the selected layer.
