Why do some parts appear as unselected? I understand if they are not in stock - that is obvious. However, why is FH1 here (fuse holder) not selected for assembly? The part is in stock, and is available for assembly. Was I charged for this part? How do I check? The boards arrived, and they are very nice indeed. However, fuse holder is not fitted.
Questions:
- How do I find out if I was charged or not?
- When a part appears in the "unselected" list, how I do fix it?
Hello
Thank you fro the time taken to write to us here.
If a part wasn't selected for assembly then you are not charged for it, you can check this from the order details in your Orders history by checking the selected parts because those parts are the only ones that you get charged for.
I see that the fuse holder that you have used is not available for assembly, please make sure that the parts that you are using are available in JLCPCB Parts library that you can explore through the following link : https://jlcpcb.com/parts
I know that the part appears for assembly in the EDA side but this could possibly be a EDA issue.
@UserSupport please can you fix the bug ASAP
