Try checking your Gerbers using gerbv.

Hmmm. If you followed the EasyEDA information that says put it on the Mechanical layer but JLCPCB requires it on the Board Outline layer and so your boards come back uncut then I would advise that you contact support at EasyEDA directly. :)

@jnewcomb Hello Thank you for your time to write to us here. Please make sure that you draw the panel V-cut lines on the Board Outline layer, when you proceed to place your order please select that you have uploaded a GERBER files for a PCB panel by selecting the "Panel by Customer" option for the "Delivery Format".  Please consider that you need to select the "Different Design" option when you place your order, since your panel doesn't have one multiplied design.  Anything else just let us know.

Thankyou @andyfierman I contacted JLCPCB support, quoting the already 'in production' order number. They very quickly they looked into it and moved my (incorrect) mechanical layer 'V-Cut' lines to board outline layer. To Sum up: * V-Cut lines on the board outline layer * 'V-Cut' text label on the mechanical layer * In my case I selected '5' different designs * When placing the order, state you wish to have "V-Cuts as per the board outline / mechanical layer" in the 'Notes' box (hidden at the end, use the '+' to expand) I have to say, I find @JLCPCBsupport are fantastic. Service received has regularly exceeded my expectations. You really can't get better than this:
