I am wondering what is the minimum clearance between Pad and Via with different nets in JLCPCB. At https://jlcpcb.com/capabilities/Capabilities we can find information about pad to pad clearance (0.127mm no holes; 0.5mm with holes) and via to via clearance (0.5mm, different nets). I consider the following case:
Is this situation closer to pad to pad with holes clearance (0.5mm) or maybe via to track clearance (0.254mm)?
And what if I put another via in this pad, like this:
Will it be different clearance than the previous one?
Summarizing, I am looking for Via to Pad (without holes) and Via to Pad (with another Via inside it) clearance.

You are asking for the Via to Pad clearance considering your Pad is a surface Pad so the minimum clearance is same as Via to track clearance which is 0.254mm
About the "Via to Pad (with another Via inside it)" it is as same as the Via to track clearance which is 0.254mm
