What does "Stock 0 (4453 for JLCPCB SMT service)" mean?

Today I needed a 100k chip resistor and searching the library found one with the above stock level. Does this mean there are none or that LCSC has zero stock but JLCPCB has over 4000 and I'm safe to use it. I cannot hand solder 0402 resistors!!! Thanks, Mike.
