Who's ordered PCB's?

I'm curious if anyone on here has ordered PCBs of their designs from EasyEDA. Overall the software is simple and easy to use and I've enjoyed the circuit capture and pcb layout functionality, but I'm curious about the quality of the PCBs compared to others such as OSHPark, GoldPhoenix, Advanced Circuits, PCBCart, etc. Anybody have close-up pictures of the PCBs they've received? To the EasyEDA team, what are the chances of getting a small sample board, or at least some high-res pics of the PCBs? (My board is almost entirely surface mount components so pictures of SMD pads would be a plus. Thanks for all the hard work guys!

I ordered some PCBs back in late 2013 for this very simple project: ><https://easyeda.com/andyfierman/First_project-cMGzRL3lf> I can't now find the PCBs (Oops!) but I can confirm that, as far as it's possible to compare such a simple PCB with others I have worked with, the quality of the EasyEDA PCBs is at least as high as those from even the expensive commercial suppliers such as Express Circuits and GSPK. What you have to bear in mind is that (at least at the moment) EasyEDA does not cater for high end, high performance PCB designs that includes things like blind, buried and micro vias, exotic substrate materials or embedded components, buried capacitance layers, high layer counts and high density interconnect. What it does cater for is the market for PCB designs for the hobbyist who needs a low cost route to a finished project through to quite the professional electronics engineer who wants a fast route to a low cost prototype, maybe as a proof of principle of part of a larger project. In the meanwhile, we will try to come up with some pictures ... :)

@andyfierman Thanks Andy! @dillon Thanks Dillon! I'm working on [this][1] project, nothing crazy, but it's got a bunch of surface mount and one 10 pin MSOP package. [1]: https://easyeda.com/apocalyptic.angell/LED_Light_Bar_Non_Flex-L5F0Ayw6s

I have ordered 6 different PCB's from these guys and I have found the quality of them excellent and the price competitive. Most of the boards are built up and either in test or with clients, here is a picture of the most recent which is not surface mount and an older one I still have from an old revision. ![enter image description here][1] Delivery is usally pretty quick to New Zealand and if they ever came up with a board assembly service (hint, hint) I would use them for a lot more work [1]: /editor/20150626/558c6eef274db.jpg

I ordered some boards 6 days ago. Should I expect the status to change from paid to shipped or something? Just wanted to make sure I didn't miss a step in the process.

Hey guys just wanted to report back that i did finally order PCBs and as far as I can tell (I'm no expert) they are pretty nice. Now I've just got to get the rest of the components to go on them. Thanks EasyEDA!

Hi guys, I didn't order one yet but I'm planning to do in a very near future. Btw, the support guys are #1 and they answered my every single question with a huge patience which made me to decide PCB printing with EasyEda! Keep up great work, guys.

I can confirm this. The PCBs I ordered 6 months back were absolutely flawless - and thanks to the silk screen easy to solder. However.... that assembly service.... any news here? ;-) Or can you recommend a service?

I just ordered some boards recently, pretty standard, Lead Free HASL, and I am quite impressed with the quality. The board quality is great, a major step up from the Phenolic protoboard I had been using. Great quality, would reccomend. Now all I need is to get better at laying out the boards. My only downside is that they were in shipping for almost 3 weeks, and the tracking # didn't seem to work that well. If the tracking hadn't had a 10 day lag between something happening and it being recorded, I would have had only positives, but that's outside EasyEDA.

The airmail is slow and some places are untrackable, you can use express if you like.

The board quality is professional, computer grade imo. I really don't see how it could get any better. ![enter image description here][1] [1]: /editor/20160205/56b45b6daf840.jpg

Use something other than the default shipping if going to Canada. ;) ![enter image description here][1] [1]: /editor/20160205/56b45dff01c29.jpg
