I cant come in contact with anyone in any other way, please cancel order. I tried contact support 1h after i placed order. Its been a day, but I havent heard back!

The more important this is a group order, we can hardly cancel PCB order if no order problem .

The way PCB ordering and manufacturing works in EasyEDA is that the PCB designs from several customers are all fitted into the same panel and then submitted for fabrication at the same time.
This significantly reduces the cost of manufacturing the boards.
The process of gathering the different designs and fitting them onto a panel is mostly automated and so happens very quickly.
Therefore the time from when you submit an order to when the panel starts the fabrication process is very short.
This means that there is only a very short time after submitting your order during which it is possible to cancel it.
It also means that it is not possible to cancel an order one the panel has gone into fabrication because this would halt production of not just your PCB but also of all the other customer's PCBs that are on the panel.
This is one of the reasons we state on the PCB order page that designs must be checked very carefully before submitting them.
