I suspect JLCPCB would be very reluctant to offer this even as a special request because it will corrode in no time.
If you are worried about the additional thickness of plating compared to bare copper then ENIG is negligible.

No surface finish is OK, just leave your solder mask layer blank. But copper exposed on a PCB is not supported, it must be covered with solder stop mask.
