You need to use EasyEDA editor to create some projects before publishing
gerber doesn't appear at checkout

I used easyeda to create a pcb.  I told it to send the design to JLCPCB.  Once I was at JLCPCB it put up the progress bar and it seemed to work in about a minute.  I added it to my cart.  In my cart the little board image was blank and said "no image".  When I click on the gerber viewer link nothing happens.   I tried all of this twice. I want to order this asap but I want to view the gerber first?  Can you help me quickly?

I'm having the same issue, gerbers upload and stop at 92% for about two minutes, I then only have the option to manually enter my board dimensions and click save to cart.  No gerber preview at JLCPCP, however, I can view my previous orders in the viewer, no problems at all.  All can think of is that there is an issue with their system or some oddity in my board design (no issues at OSH-Park though,,,)

I tried exporting the gerber files from easyeda to my local drive and then viewing them on online viewers.  One site wouldn't show it with no error given.  A second site said We were unable to render the following files:     "Gerber\_drill\_NPTH\.DRL has Excellon content to be used for DrillData\.      Gerber\_drill\_PTH\.DRL has Excellon content to be used for Unknown \. So the problem must be with the gerber generation at easyeda.  I'll post this to the bug reports section of this forum.

Hi, sorry to make you confused, the issue of uploading the files has been fixed, sometimes, not all the file can be analysed correctly on the website, so if there is no size detected, then you can fill in the size manually, and then proceed. If there is any issue with your file , JLCPCB team will keep you inform thanks!
