On my last order for 2 PCBs, one cleared in under 10 minutes but the other took over a day to approve.  I'd wait a little longer and hopefully it will be ok.

@ [krazy707](https://easyeda.com/krazy707)  Basically, the files will be approved within 2 hours, sometimes, it takes about half an hour only to get the file approved in the case that there is no any issue and no any confusion to the file. But in the case that there is something wrong or something cause confusion, then double check is needed, and we will send e-mail to confirm the issue, then the time to get it approved will be longer. If you find that your file is not approved yet more than 2 hours, to most degree, there will be issue with it and you can send e-mail to JLCPCB team for checking. We are also thinking about a good way to get those orders that with issue can be get back to our customer timely. Thanks!

Hi,  after  sending a email.   the problem is cleared,  and was able to pay for order.  Thank you very much. need to place more orders in coming weeks
