In the user guide it mentions that if I want a panelized PCB to be cut, I need to "_If you need to v-cut the panelized PCB, you can draw a track on the mechanical layer_". In the list of layers, I cannot see any "mechanical layer". Is it the same as the "board outline layer"? Should the v-cut be specified in both directions (horizontal and vertical)? Thanks
