which entities are we using when we create new schema/ we are adding new sybol; i see ruler only but without this description; is it possible to choose betwen mils, inches and milimmeters?

Welcome to EasyEDA.
At present the schematic is essentially unitless.
However, we have had some requests to add units to it and be able to select between mils, inches and mm (as is possible in the PCB editor).
