EasyEDA defaults to the 0603 one on the left. There is also the R0603 next to it. Meanwhile there is also the 0603R which appears to be originally imported from Kicad (right pair).
The advantage of the latter two is you can run a 7mil track between the pads whereas with the default you can't. Oddly enough with the default C0603 footprint you can
Any reason the default resistor footprint has the pads too close ? Can I safely use 0603R with JLCPCB doing the loading ?
