Please  give more information to illustrate what you mean by "material name".

@melih1966 I want to rotate or align part names in 2D window.

Click on the prefix text (what you have called the part name) in the PCB PCB Editor. The prefix text will light up then you can move and rotate it without moving the rest of the Footprint. The spacebar rotates it in 90 degree steps or you can rotate it to any arbitrary angle using the **Rotation** attribute in the right hand panel.
