2n2907 transistor wrong simulation results

I am trying to simulate basic circuits using PNP and NPN transistors. The 2N2222 NPN transistor form EasyEDA library works fine but the 2n2907 PNP does not work well. It sawps Vbc and Vbe voltages, and provides very low BetaDC:  -3.99e+00. I cannot find more BJT transistors from EasyEDA spice library. Can anyone help with transistors PNP and NPN thta work well in simulation ?

@UserSupport, The 2N2907 symbol in the Commonly Used Lib (was EELib) is broken: Spice pins 1 and 3 are the wrong way round. @alfonso.ramirez, Please use this from the Spice Symbol library (noting my name as owner!) instead: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/dH9pX9iOPSnvgcbv4fbu1Gx0hAKPUUAFuBlLAiB6.png) **Note that when you search for it, it will appear in the User Contributed Library.** **"**I cannot find more BJT transistors from EasyEDA spice library." * Before attempting to create and run simulations in EasyEDA you **must** read (3) in (2) in: [https://easyeda.com/forum/topic/How-to-ask-for-help-and-get-an-answer-71b17a40d15442349eaecbfae083e46a](https://easyeda.com/forum/topic/How-to-ask-for-help-and-get-an-answer-71b17a40d15442349eaecbfae083e46a)

@andyfierman Hi Andy please check your spice symbol the pin number is different with Spice Number, if it correct? ![图片.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/knPNDUnrcEXC0L5VKZUxIfOkB39cF7c32ESqlqdL.png)

@usersupport, My mistake. Corrected now. **For clarity:** This is the part in my library: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/deiHaLgtUhHefTXxt0UHKEXp3qDzCHuzwkK7v9q2.png) Note the references to the specific device datasheet and the LTSpice model used. In **SIM** mode to show simulation: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/J7SF93EkcpYAMwRWFPHyrICJ1iEtUgzyr85amIol.png) which shows correct simulation behaviour: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/A8agJw2XpJLecHn2RcWGLQWUduadcgMoOfM40B5M.png) <br> In **STD** mode to show pin to pad mapping: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/1FYJ68h8bVuA7qxKZOOJyO26nre8qzD47QbwhY4M.png) This is the 2N2907 on a PCB: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/q9hvvpFqe75neTyGVVIl6Bs40kt3euS9BIsyqkXM.png) <br> and here is the device pinout from the referenced datasheet: [https://www.onsemi.com/pdf/datasheet/p2n2907a-d.pdf](https://www.onsemi.com/pdf/datasheet/p2n2907a-d.pdf)<br> <br> ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/zmrcAkvjkRaOjaK4vFUJi5kdxCHJPv3PD2DYNAJc.png) **Please note: ** * The Pin and Pad Number properties refer to the specific physical packaged devices. This varies from one device to another, even between similar types in the same package from the same manufacturer. For example compare the pin out of the 2N2907 PNP BJT to that of the 2N3905 PNP BJT; ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/R6MCnCZTS5IaMJYAE7LGBYxnuQ8bawgs4ITApzWo.png) * The Spice Number property however is independent of the device packaging and is invariant. All BJT spice .model based models have the same spice pin ordering of CBE irrespective of symbol pin or physical package pad numbering assignment. For a detailed discussion of this, please see: [https://docs.easyeda.com/en/Simulation/Chapter15-Schematic-symbols-prefixes-and-pin-numbers/index.html#Schematic-symbols-prefixes-and-pin-numbers](https://docs.easyeda.com/en/Simulation/Chapter15-Schematic-symbols-prefixes-and-pin-numbers/index.html#Schematic-symbols-prefixes-and-pin-numbers)<br> <br> in the Simulation Tutorial. <br> <br> <br> <br>
