3D STEP export is missing components from my own library.

All components from my library are missing in the step export. I see them in the browser. They are imported from the step model. Where could be the problem?
I am also seeing this issue. Put together a board real quick with a bunch of library components and some of my personal/team components. It's also missing one of the identical none personal/team components (two pin through hole header)
