3D view not working 2d works fine

I've cleared cookies and cache and all my browser history. 3d view does not load or work at all with any of my projects

Check your browser whether if disabled the hardware acceleration, or you can try to use desktop client if your PC doesn't have the graphic card, maybe you can not view the 3D
