I use 74LS138 in SOIC 16N ic package, but when I buy the chip, i find two different size of package,SOIC-16_208mil and SOIC-16_150mil, which one should i choose?

You need to check the datasheet

Check the exact part number against the datasheet. This will give you the package size.

Be sure to check that the package you choose in EasyEDA is correct for the device you have chosen.
