"Add into BOM" toggle does not work

In the latest update (1.8.43) components marked "Add into BOM: No" are added into BOM.

Still not working in 1.8.45. Come on, this can lead to costly mistakes and is trivial to fix.

To add insult to the injury, if you use BOM export filter to remove these components, they disappear from BOM, but are still present in the pick&place file.

please reset the config, and selete the filter rule at the BOM dialog
