Added design rules should be visible based on user not just only for the specific project.
I cannot see/use my different DRC settings across all my projects. This forces me to create each rule for every project which is not easy.
This can apply for the Layer Color Codes as well. I'd like to use same colors for each and every one of my projects, and when I create a new project it should use the same color preferences.
