The offered selection of track widths should also include those set up in the Design Rules. So for example if the Design Rules have been set up like this:  then there should be an option to select from the list a track width of 10 mil - maybe just labelled as "9V" - together with all the other Design Rules of clearance and via dimensions for the 9V net class. That way you can quickly select not just the width but all the design rules associated with any net class that has been specified in the Design Rules list(which I think, is how it works in KiCAD). At the moment the Design Rules only allows different sets of design rules to be specified against which _already routed tracks and vias_ are checked. It does not allow the rules to be applied or selected _as nets are placed_. In other words they cannot be used to specify the actual track and via dimensions when actually routing the tracks in that net class.
