**Feature Request** Brief title for your desired feature: Allow circle layers to be something other than signal or silkscreen How would you like the feature to work? In choosing the layer for a circle, allow any available layer to be chosen. This is the way rectangles work. Why is this feature important to you? I tried creating a fiducial with the solder mask pulled away as recommended by some, but placing a circle on the solder mask layer was not available. I even tried editing the layer via source file, but after closing and reopening the footprint, the circle gets deleted.
