Aluminum PCB is 1L copper and Aluminum back-plane " for ex. thermal propriety"
I want to connect copper to aluminum (GND)
How can i do it ?
Should i set 2L board an top is copper,
botton is plane (aluminum)
and make it with via or metalized hole ??

You can't do it in the editor.
You have to design your PCB using the Top Layer only.
If you really need to connect the top copper to the Aluminium then you can add Top layer through-hole pads and use bolts to connect the two layers. You may have to find a way to ensure that the bolts connect to the aluminium such as by using countersink head screws or start washers. Note that this is not supported by JLCPCB.
