The "Arc 45^o" routing option appears to be incompletely implemented when compared to the "Line 45^o" routing option. When routing with Line 45^o selecting and moving Segments, Connections or Nets, the whole track changes shape but stays connected as a single routed net. When routing with Arc 45^o selecting and moving Segments, Connections or Nets, the segment under the cursor disconnects and drags away as a separate segment.
