Hi there !
I'm using this really great software, but i'm a bit confused with the PCB footprints for resistors and caps that i find in the LCSC library.
Are they Imperial or Metric ?
I think they are Metric when i see the difference betwenn 1210 and 3225 , but i would like to be sure....
And, are they suitable for reflow or wave ? Or maybe both ?

Easy to use and quick to get started. 
To be absolutely certain, you should open each footprint that you are using in the PCB lib editor to check them against the manufacturer's recommended footprint dimensions for the actual devices that you have selected and the assembly method you want to use.
