**BUG** Concise problem statement: Arrow keys sometimes scroll, sometimes move parts Steps to reproduce bug: 1. Select part 2. Press right arrow Results: editor window scrolls right Expected results: part moves right Url:<you url here>(click the Share my works button to get it) Browser: Firefox

This happens in part editor.

Hovering over something highlights *but does not select it*. >If you use the arrows with items only highlighted then the canvas - and everything on it - moves. >If you use the arrows with items only selected then theselected items move and the canvas does not.
