Hi Karim, Welcome to EasyEDA. Are you intending to try to import your LTspice simulation into EasyEDA or run it in LTspice? You are correct in that there do not apear to be any spice models available for these devices however, the IBIS model files will be of no help is generating spice models of these devices. It only describes the i/o pin characteristics and says nothing about the internal operation. I can build behavioural models of these devices but it will take a couple of weeks as they are some way down my todo list. :)
