Assign via to net where the mouse is located when create a new via

For several cases, we have to add many vias before routing. It would be a good feature to assign automatically the via to a net at the moment we create the new via (V key) (like in kicad). If the mouse position is above some particular pad, then the via would assign to that net. Currently, this is done only if we click on the pad but that means that the via is placed and then we have an additional action to select it again and move.
