Assigning Ratlines to Layers

I'm designing a high Amp mosfet switch circuit and want to assign the Pos Source, Negative source , Positive Drain, and the Negative Drain, traces to four separate copper layers. is there a way to assign traces to individual Layers? Thank you

Maybe you can use "via" and "copper pour" in different layer?
