Auto layout errors

I've designed a new PCB, and used Autolayout to track it. Some track clashes (shorts and track-crossovers) have occurred. Has anything changed with Autolayout - last time I used it there were no problems ? John

Using autorouter means that you need to set proper settings first before pressing "run"
