i was running into the same problem and found a solution that work for me ... here it is : -set the board outline to the round pcb you want -place the components where you want them relative to the round shape... -delete the board outline -create a new RECTANGULAR outline (for me easyeda picks the right dimensions to cover all the parts) -run autorouter -once satisfied with the result remove the rectangular board outline -set the board outlne back to the round shape ... a couple extra manipulations of the board outline but much faster than routing by hand the whole board ...
