Hi, i have problem with auto ruter. I was made custom component (esp32), its propertly conected, and ratline is corect, but auto router stop at 90%, everything is placed but esp. Solution?

* May I suggest you change your ESP32 footprint pad properties to:
Hole shape = ROUND;
Hole(D) = 0;
Hole(Length) = 0;
Plated = None
This avoids a non-zero slot dimension being imposed on something that you clearly do not want a slot in anyway!.
* It may also be advisable to make the actual pads to the positions and dimensions that you require instead of trying to adjust them by placing copper rectangles over them.
