I've never had this problem before as my previous boards have had the mounting holes along the outside edges.  On my latest design, the holes are an inch or so inside from the board edges.  Autorouter will draw a trace right across the hole, which of course, generates a DRC error.  There are only 4 holes, so I can fix the traces by hand in the final iteration, but I was wondering if there's a tool/label/id etc that can allow me to avoid the problem and route around the holes.
