Autorouter routs only one of two PCBs

Hello, i had to split my Project in two PCBs. Both Boards get connected via the 12p Header. The Circuit is not fully complete but i wanted to rout it to check the estimated pricing via the Gerber File. When i start the auto Router it only routs one PCB. What is wrong with the Boards? There has been many forum posts similar like this. General rule is to have one PCB per project. Create secondary PCB project to contain the secondary PCB. Autorouter is most likely not programmed to understand that there is two PCBs on a same project. I sent you a PM if you are interested to accept my help on the project.
