**BUG** Concise problem statement: Major problem: Even when the "rip up nets" box is unchecked, the autorouter rips up all nets. Steps to reproduce bug: 1. Work on a PCB, doing multiple autoroutes, some with "rip up nets" checked 2. Put in some traces manually 3. Run the autorouter with "rip up nets" not checked Results: All nets are ripped up. BUT... this didn't happen until I had been doing this for some time. Now, I cannot auto-route my board without all nets being ripped up every time. I cannot proceed with this PCB until this is fixed. Expected results: Existing nets remain, and autorouter attempts to route remaining nets.
