**BUG** Concise problem statement: Auto router rips up a solid area but routes to it. "Rip up" is not checked. Steps to reproduce bug: 1. Create a solid area on the bottom layer and assign it a net name (I used ANGND, a common net on my board). You can use my file with "removes solid" in title. Router settings are 8,10,8,34,18. No boxes checked, not special nets. 2. Run autorouter with "rip up nets" not checked Results: Autorouter successfully routes board, but removes the solid area even though it routed one net to it. Expected results: The same result, but with sold area still present. Browser: 41.0.2
