**BUG**
Concise problem statement: The autorouter symbol is not present on my new project. I used it on a previous project. Version is 2.8.2
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Create a PCB from schematic capture, with no error messages
2. Go to PCB Editor
Results:Observe autorouter icon not present
Expected results: Autorouter symbol present
Browser: Firefox 41.0.1 (Note: previously I used Chrome with autorouter)
Brand new interactions and interfaces. 
Easy to use and quick to get started.
