I'm handling with MCU TI F28388D- BGA337, pitch 0.8mm, but i don't know how to auto fan out via for BGA and and diff pair can you share me how to do it. thanks alot.
Try setting your grid as half of the BGA pin pitch, then center the BGA middle point as grid zero point.
I believe that is a good start. There is also good tips on differential pairs when you search the topic on Google.
