Hello,
I nee d a N-MOS with a low Gate Threshold Voltage, but I did not found it in the library.
So,I wanted to create mine, based on the [BSS138][1], and I found a Pspice model (below)
The problem is the simulation terminates with a timeout with this component (notwith another N-MOS).
So,I would like to know if my problem comes from my model.
Is there any warning or error message if there is a problem in the model ?
