Unable to Report Error on bad Footprint

I can't do Report Error from my phone: I just get a "Post failed. This isn't an official library" message so this is to report an error in this Footprint: [https://easyeda.com/component/3623c0a019864d14b4a890de71fb1613](https://easyeda.com/component/3623c0a019864d14b4a890de71fb1613)<br> <br> * This footprint is useless: please delete it. * Pads are shorted by copper. * No description so no idea what size resistor it's intended for. * No resistor body silkscreen.

It can report at PC, we didn't test at mbile device before.

@UserSupport, I got the same error message when I tried using the report error button on the Footprint url page, on a linux PC as when I tried on an Android phone.
