Hi,
after a while, I ordered again 2 boards for a personal project:
Y21-2253036A and Y20-2253036.
It is a simple led board with size 30mm x 50mm.
Since it is small I tried to panelize it to reach a size of 90x100 (3x2).
**Experience 1:**
At this point, easyeda report it as 107mm instead of 100mm. So I removed the second row. Now it is 57mm height (why 7mm more?)
**Experience 2:**
Once ordered I got the message from support that the board is only 50mm and that a v-cut is not possible.
\- Why can't you detect it during the order process? Or directly in EasyEda?
\- Why 50mm when it was reported 57mm in EasyEda?
**Experience 3:**
I added a 10mm border on each side. Now it was 70mm (77mm for EasyEda) - Failed again! It is less than 70mm now for the support!
I decided to add 15mm to the border, to reach 80mm (87mm for EasyEda).
**Experience 4:**
Now the board is 90x80mm and was able to submit it. But unfortunately the price is not for a panelized panel. They ask some more money (for each submitted board - +0.50$ paypal fee for each payment!).
I don't want cry for the price... As it is really low.
But on the last order:
\- I was able to make a single order for the boards and for the components\. This is not possible anymore\.
\- I was able to order a 2x2 panelized board 50mmx50mm without extra charges\.
Now, you accept a panelized board (it is still less than 100x100mm) and aks more money once it was submitted?
It doesn't give a good user experience and is dishonest as you can detect it on EasyEda (but EasyEda reports 5$, not 11$)!
Hope you can solve it, as with this trick (increase the price once paid) will let choose other services one day.
