Big Capacitors show on PCB in half scale...

I'm not sure what I did, but all the passives are at half scale. My big CP_10X25MM (from the package field) has leads which are 5mm apart, and the circle is actually about 11mm across. The other caps, resistors and diodes are similarly small. However, the MOSFET is the proper size. Any idea how parts with specified dimensions specified in them could come out the wrong size? Or why the MOSFET came out right? Oh, and the board is the proper size. I was really surprised that everything fit on such a tiny board, until I printed a proof and saw what happened. This mess is in my CapMult project, specifically in the "Q1 off top small" PCB. Q1 is the right size, the Big Cap is C1, and all the other parts seem to be half size, with the possible exception of the LED... What other info do you need?

There is nothing wrong with the scaling of the capacitor footprints. What has happened is that you have misunderstood what, for example, `10X25MM` in the `CP_10X25MM` footprint name means. `10X25MM` is shorthand for a 10mm diameter by 25mm high (or long) body and - for this particular footprint - with a 5mm lead spacing. The silkscreen outline will always be slightly larger than the maximum physical dimensions of the part hence the apparent 11mm diameter. For your: https://www.digikey.co.uk/product-detail/en/nichicon/UVZ1H472MRD/493-1348-ND/589089 part you need to find a footprint with a 20mm diameter and check for a pin spacing or pitch of 10mm (this may be given in the description field if there is one attached to the part in the SHIFT+F library search results). Otherwise make up one yourself (or clone and edit an existing part) and give it a unique name plus a description giving the basic dimensions plus a link to a manufacturer or a supplier device page and a link to a manufacturer or a supplier datasheet. Giving the footprint the same name as the part number can sometimes be useful especially if you have made a dedicated schematic symbol (again with the description as above) for the part. Then you know you have the right symbol and the right footprint. In all cases check all symbols and footprints very carefully.
