**BUG** Concise problem statement: After rotating a capacitor the silk screen got distorted. (no idea if that's accessible, but here's [the URL][1]. Steps to reproduce bug: It does not happen all times, but saw this at least twice. The first time I just issued undo to re-fix it, but the 2nd time I missed it and found the broken silk later.
