Now this could be a bug in either the Pick+Place CSV file exporter in EasyEDA, or, in JLCPCB order form, in the "Review Parts Placement" rendering view.
In EasyEDA PCB layout -> 3D view, it looks like this:
![jlcpcb--correct-in-3d-view](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/6K8XUaGTja2O7D7K980ueQmZHKetU58UdGrECwax.png)
Note how parts seem to be correctly aligned.
Making a Pick & Place CSV file export from that, and trying to order PCB + Assembly at JLCPCB, on their order page in "Review Parts Placement" rendering view, I see this:
![jlcpcb--wrong-offset-parts-u2-and-resistors-excerpt](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/aaCrqC1JXNuYbmxDoHvTI2MEIwNMweYCG4LiwiPg.png)
Note how the bigger of 3-legged parts, U2, is off. Also the 2 resistors above are slightly off. C25 above it is completely besides the pads.
So either the pick + place CSV export created these errors, or JLCPCB ordering form renderer does.
This is only a small excerpt, there are also wrong rotations of parts, which look correct in 3D view in EasyEDA - but wrongly rotated on the JLCPCB order form.
See my other thread in Bug Reports about it for more detaills, called: "Wrong placement angle of several components"
