Can't understand your question, please explain more.

As the photo shows, the only layers I can chek is "Multi-Layer" and "TOPSILKLAYER", that's all !.

Sorry but I cannot reproduce this behaviour in Chrome or Firefox (or MS IE11 and Edge).

What browser are you using?

Hi Andy,

I have the same problem.  I'm using EaseEDA V5.4.11 with Chrome Version 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit).
As you can see in the layer settings window: top and bottom layers are greyed out.  I can no longer select them.
I started having the issue when I turned on the top solder layer.
