I just got screwed by using a part that I know was good, yet it had no holes its its gerber view. I had 100 boards made and I can't use a single one of them. What I want to do, is  get a transformer, then modify the size of its mounting hole, and the size of the pad around the hole. I tried just putting four pads in place of the transformer, but the autorouting and other parts of the circuit made that impossible to work with, soI am starting from the beginning again. Is there a way to modify the part, or do I have to make my own part, or what. I managed to change the pad size on the last board using the same part, but when i tried to do it again, it didn't like what I was doing. Any help is appreciated.
