I created a square pad for the edges of my board where wires will connect. When I checked for DRC errors, every pad I connect a wire to came up in error. So I deleted on wire, and started a pad to pad trace , it would not let me do that, so now I am puzzled about why I created pads and do nothing with them that the system won't flag as a error.
Furthermore, the the system puts traces on my board that I have no control over. I was going to get a Gerber view to see if they show up, but then I got all the DRC errors on my pads, and this puts me back to the start. So what is going on with EasyEDA, it is doing strange things to my board, and won't let me do anything to correct them?
Can someone give me constructive input on this
Why can't I use the pads I created?
Why is the system putting traces on my PCB that I have no control over. Before you answer this one, I have surface mount, and through hole parts on the same board. I put no wires on my schematic, i just added the parts I needed, and connected them up as I put the board together.
I getting ready to quit using EasyEDa if I don't find any easy way to fix this. It is wasting a lot of my time.
