Please clarify your question and provide a link to (i.e. the url of) the part you are asking about. Schematic Symbols (a.k.a. SCH Libs) do not have silk screens. PCB Footprints (a.k.a. PCB Libs) have silk screens. Please read the Tutorial about Schematic Symbols and PCB Footprints to try to understand the distinction between and function of them. Ah, that was it. It has a preview, and that preview is clickable. The confusion was caused because (a) the cloned part only appears in the SCH Libs type, not the PCB Libs, and (b) because there is no indication that you can click on the preview to edit it - this is not mentioned in the tutorials at all as far as I can tell.

The reason it does not appear in the PCB Lib section is because a PCB Footprint usually does not have the same name as the Schematic Symbol. In my notes about creating symbols and footprints, I recommend giving both the same name of the part they are for but that is very time consuming and generates huge libraries because one footprint can be used by many different parts and one part may be available in several different packages.
