Find, edit a similar or create a new, Footprint for the specific part that you want. Save it with a clear Description and a unique name. Then place a schematic symbol for any 3 pin connector in the schematic and edit the supplier and manufacturer attributes to the one you have identified. Using the Footprint Manager, assign your saved Footprint to the symbol.
